Here is the recipe for the Pesto Sauce that Dewey prepared on the cooking stage at the Festa-Italiana​ this past weekend, enjoy! BTW, you'll need some good EVOO to make this happen!


5 cups - fresh organic basil leaves
1/2 cups - organic walnuts
1/2 cups - organic pinenuts
3 tbsp - crushed garlic - more if you are Italian! :)
1 tsp - kosher salt
1 tsp - pepper
1 cup - freshly grated parmesan
1 1/2 cups - Bozzano Extra Virgin Olive Oil - we recommend Organic Bosana or Organic Coratina (big and robust!)

**Blend together until desired smoothness, and wallah! You have fresh pesto for your pasta, sandwiches or dipping bread. Yumm.
